01 Is the scan really free?
Yes. You can scan your Mac and review every result without entering payment details. The paywall appears only when you choose to clean.
02 What does “keep it forever” mean?
The €29.99 lifetime license gives up to 3 Macs unlimited cleanups with no subscription. Add Macs 4 through 10 for €10 each, paid once.
03 Does Moosh delete anything automatically?
No. Scanning is read-only. Cleanup requires a completed scan, a visible and editable selection, and your explicit confirmation.
04 Does my scan leave my Mac?
No. File names, paths, scan results, cleanup selections, and cleanup history stay on your Mac. License activation uses a privacy-preserving device identifier.
05 Do I need Full Disk Access?
Not to get started. Moosh works with the access macOS grants it and clearly reports any location it could not inspect.
